How Much Does Custom Workwear Printing Cost in Auckland?

If you are comparing custom workwear printing in Auckland, the total cost usually depends on two parts: the garment itself and the branding applied to it. Quantity, logo size, print position, artwork quality and whether you choose DTF printing or embroidery can also affect the final quote.

Typical Workwear Printing Costs in Auckland

As a general printing-only reference, JuJu Print pricing can start from:

  • Small chest logo: from NZ$10 + GST per garment for printing only
  • Front and back printing: from NZ$16 + GST per garment for printing only
  • Embroidery setup: approximately NZ$50 + GST, with a typical embroidery minimum order of 10 pieces
  • Artwork redraw: from NZ$40 + GST where a supplied logo needs to be recreated as a print-ready file

These are reference prices rather than a fixed quote. Garment cost is additional, and the final price depends on the product, quantity, print size, number of positions and artwork.

What Changes the Price?

1. Garment choice

A basic work T-shirt will normally cost less than a hi-vis jacket, softshell or premium polo. You can browse our workwear range, hi-vis workwear and corporate workwear to compare options.

2. Number and size of print positions

A small left-chest logo uses less print area than a large back print. Front, back and sleeve branding can therefore change the total price.

3. DTF printing or embroidery

DTF printing is well suited to detailed, multi-colour logos and is practical for many T-shirts, polos, hoodies and hi-vis garments. Embroidery can be a strong choice for selected polos, jackets, caps and corporate uniforms where a stitched finish is preferred.

4. Quantity

Larger uniform orders can be more efficient to produce, while smaller teams may still be suitable depending on the garment and branding method. Send us the size breakdown and quantity for an accurate quote.

5. Artwork condition

Print-ready vector or high-resolution artwork helps keep setup simple. If a low-resolution logo needs to be recreated, an artwork fee may apply.

How Long Does Workwear Printing Take?

Standard custom workwear production is generally around 5–7 business days after artwork proof approval. Rush production can sometimes be available from around 3 business days, depending on garment stock, quantity and the job requirements.

Local pickup is available in Onehunga, Auckland, and we can also arrange delivery around New Zealand.
