Design & Artwork

 

Customers may provide their own artwork or request design assistance.

 

Artwork services may include:

 

- File preparation

- Layout adjustments

- Design modifications

- Artwork setup

 

Additional design fees may apply depending on the complexity of the work.

 

Order Process

 

1. Enquiry & Quote

 

Customers provide product details, quantities, artwork, and requirements.

 

We prepare a quotation based on the information provided.

 

2. Design Confirmation

 

Artwork proofs or mock-ups may be provided before production.

 

Customers are responsible for checking and confirming all details before production begins.

 

3. Production

 

Once artwork is approved and payment requirements are completed, production begins.

 

4. Completion & Collection/Delivery

 

Customers will be notified once orders are completed and ready for collection or delivery.

 

Custom Printing

 

Because our products are made specifically for each customer:

 

- Customers are responsible for checking all details before approval.

- Changes may not be possible after production starts.

- Production times are estimates only.

For businesses, construction companies, schools, and organisations, we can assist with:

 

- Uniform selection
