1. What types of products do you print on?

We provide custom printing and branding solutions for a wide range of products, including t-shirts, hoodies, workwear, uniforms, caps, DTF transfers, signage, and vehicle graphics.

2.  What artwork files do I need to provide for printing?

For the best print quality, we recommend providing high-resolution artwork files such as AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, or high-quality PNG files.

 

For DTF transfers, we recommend artwork with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Low-resolution or blurry images may affect the final print quality.

 

If you need help preparing your artwork, our team can assist with file setup and design adjustments.
3.  How Do I Press DTF Transfers?

For the best results, follow these steps:

 

1. Pre-press your garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

 

2. Place the DTF transfer on the garment with the printed side facing down.

 

3. Press using a heat press at:

- Temperature: 150°C

- Time: 10–15 seconds

- Pressure: Medium to firm pressure

 

4. Carefully peel the film after pressing.

 

5. For better durability, cover the design with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press again for 5–10 seconds.

 

Recommended care:

- Wait 24 hours before the first wash

- Wash inside out with cold water

- Do not iron directly on the print

- Avoid tumble drying
4. How long does production take?

Production times vary depending on the product, order quantity, and requirements.

 

As a general guide:

 

- Custom apparel printing: approximately 3–5 business days after artwork approval

- DTF transfers: approximately 3–5 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation

- Signage and vehicle graphics: approximately 3–5 business days after final approval

 

These timeframes are estimates only. Larger orders or products requiring supplier stock may require additional time.
